Dressing to Impress Him | Valentine's Night

We’ve all been there, trying to make ourselves look good not only with our clothes on but also what’s underneath and we can definitely put more pressure on ourselves to look good for our partners around Valentine’s Day. In the past I’ve spent hundreds of £££ just too look ‘perfect’ for Valentine’s Day. I would go to the expensive underwear shops and buy the whole outfit, with each item costing a ridiculous amount of money. The heart-breaking thing is because I had worn them once, I would hate wearing them again, pressuring myself into thinking it would be boring to wear them the second time around. Money we could have spent doing something fun instead, sitting shoved to the back of my drawer, never to see daylight again.

I gave up wearing bra’s a year ago, and now I only wear them with sheer tops (modesty is still needed!) or if i want to feel fancy. Yet the bra's I choose now, need to be comfortable and light weight. Gone are the days for tight straps, bones and so much padding my nips are near my chin. When I stepped in to Primark last week, I was surprised to find some lovely Bra’s just in my spec and so affordable too! I loved the floral detailing and knew these would be a perfect surprise for my boyfriend on Valentine’s Day, but also would be comfortable enough for daily wear.

Primark Floral Bra - £8
Primark Floral Briefs - £4

A valentines treat for my boyfriend and under £15, I
think he’s be more impressed by the savings!

‘Just remember that our partners love us no matter what, and love us in our natural state just as much as when we wear make-up and clothes. Try not to pressure yourself too much to ‘make an effort’, he/she loves you regardless of how you look. Be yourself, make fun and cuddle.’
